PAYMENT

For online orders, I accept payment with a credit card through Stripe only.

For email orders, I accept payment by PayPal, credit card or direct bank transfer.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

If you have not finalised payment within 48 hours, I will send you a reminder. Purchases not paid for within 72 hours of purchase will be cancelled and relisted.

SHIPPING

We have partnered with Sendle for all our deliveries. Sendle is Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral shipping service. That means we get your goods where they are going while taking care of the planet.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Postage charges are shown in each listing.

Domestic parcels are sent via Australia Post regular mail. I also offer Express Shipping within Australia for an additional cost. Australia Post guarantee next business day delivery (from time of posting) on this service. If you would like this service please select this option when you checkout.

Important: If your delivery needs to arrive by a specific date which is less than 8 business days away I would strongly recommend that you use Express Post.

In order to keep costs down I don’t take out any extra insurance on packages, but if you want to pay for it please let me know and I will happily buy it for you.

International parcels are sent via Australia Post regular Air Mail.

DELIVERY TIMES

For ready to ship items I aim to post your purchase within 1 – 3 business days of receipt of cleared payment. I will contact you and let you know in the unlikely event that this is not possible. I will also let you know when your parcel has been shipped.

Custom orders are created especially for you and are usually ready for despatch 2 – 3  weeks from the point at which we have discussed and agreed on your requirements.

Parcels within Australia: 5 – 8 days (from time of despatch)

International Parcels: 2-6 weeks (from time of despatch)

CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES & TAXES

If your order is being sent outside of Australia, it may be subject to local customs and import duties. Please note that you are responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes applicable to your purchase.

This is beyond my control and I am unable to provide advice as to what the situation is in your country.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

I hope that you are delighted with your purchase.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please send me a message within 48 hours of receipt and I will do my best to help. 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 7 days of purchase and I will be happy to offer a refund. Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping. I do not refund shipping costs.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

For hygiene reasons, I am unable to exchange or refund earrings.

I do not accept returns on custom work.

SENDING PURCHASES DIRECTLY TO YOUR GIFT RECIPIENT

I’m very happy to ship your order directly to your gift recipient within Australia. Just let me know the delivery name and address when you checkout. If you would like I can also include a personal message with your gift. Let me know at the time of checkout what you would like it to say. If you choose not to include a note your gift recipient may not know who the gift is from.

Each piece of jewellery comes in its own jewellery box or pretty organza bag. Invoices or receipts are never included with the parcel, which means your gift recipient won’t see these.
